A: It’s a resource and outlet to share with you, my 20 years of experience working with clients and athletes 40-50 hours per week. Everything from training with your bodyweight, mobility drills, strength training, plyometrics, and the training tools we use… its all in HERE. This site will be a consistent means for you to find new exercises, workouts, and training techniques in ONE place. Plus, you have access to a private Facebook Group (and private online Forum, if you don’t use Facebook), where you’ll have direct access to myself, my colleagues, and other members to have all your questions answered.
A: Any topic that has to do with helping you create a better more effective, time efficient, challenging, fun workout for the day or for your fitness lifestyle, we will cover it. Every Monday we will be releasing a workout routine, a LIVE workout, or an interview with a colleague in the Health and Fitness industry. We are hopeful that these weekly in depth videos will help you become a stronger and healthier person. PLUS I take requests– so if there is a type of training, exercise, or workout you’d like to see , let me know and I will add it to our content.
A: EVERY SINGLE WEEK!!! That’s right, to make sure that you are on the cutting edge of ‘what is happening now” and “what works” in the gym. I want to give you as much information as I can to help you.
A: No there is no Long Term Contract. And you can easily cancel anytime by logging into your account and clicking the “cancel” option. You have complete control of your account.
A: There’s no up-sells and no catch. I truly wanted to create a true no-brainer resource for my clients and athletes. My goal is to help as many people as I can both in and beyond my training locations, this site will help me to do that.
